Background and Experience

Mike Lubofsky

Class Action Marketing Expert
Admitted to Practice Law in California and Connecticut

As an attorney, and one with an interest in the possibilities inherent in emerging technology, the advent of the Internet in the late 1990’s presented new opportunities to merge law and technology.  At that time, I exited my in-house litigation management position and took time to learn web design and publishing well enough to launch several online attorney directories, including the first directory specifically formatted for the iPhone prior to Apple’s launch of the App Store in 2007.

Over the past several years, my Internet marketing services for attorneys have expanded to include professional website development (especially WordPress), pay-per-click search advertising and social media outreach, especially focused on class action marketing.  In addition to consulting to attorneys and law firms, I have served in marketing management capacities for local and national plaintiff’s class action law firms based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
